Live availability is one of the most important features of Parkn'Sleep. Campers see whether your pitch is free, and you have no work with enquiries and cancellations. Changes take effect immediately.
Under Pitches > Edit > More info, you set how many vehicles have room. It's fine to start with slightly fewer spots than you have, especially if you also accept reservations.
Important: the spots you state must be free on site at all times. Campers rely on this when they drive there.
Under Pitches > Edit > Attributes, you decide on which days of the week the pitch is open. If a day is deselected, the pitch appears grey on that day and nobody can check in.
In the overview of your pitches, you pause a pitch with one click. It then appears as «Seasonally closed». Use this for breaks of a week or more. For single days, the days of the week are better suited.
In the new availability calendar, you see the occupancy, bookings and capacity of your standard and premium pitches for every day. You can create a rule for a specific period:
Under «My rules» you find all your rules again and can edit or reuse them.
