How do I check parked vehicles?

When someone checks in at your pitch, you receive an email. In the settings under «Parked vehicles» you see all current guests with arrival time, number plate, name and phone number.

The list is sorted by arrival, with new arrivals at the top and an empty checkbox. On your round on site, you simply tick off the vehicles you've checked. We recommend spot checks, as with normal car park management.

Vehicles that have left disappear from the list automatically. The checkbox is just there to help you and doesn't affect anything in the system.
