Credit and vouchers

In the app you can top up credit and redeem or give vouchers.

Buying credit

Top up credit in CHF or EUR, no credit card needed. Go to Settings > Payment > Credit and vouchers and select «Buy prepaid credit». You can use it at every pitch with the same currency until it is used up. Any remaining amount is automatically applied to your next payment.

Important: credit is not refunded and cannot be exchanged into another currency.

Adding credit or a voucher

Under Settings > Payment > Credit and vouchers, select «Add credit» or «Add voucher» and enter your code.

Redeeming when you pay

Before paying, select your credit or voucher and check the reduction in the total. In the new app you pick saved vouchers straight from the list or enter a new code. This is also where you redeem the annual pass.

Giving vouchers as gifts

A spontaneous adventure with the perfect spot for the night: a Parkn'Sleep voucher is valid at every pitch in 24 countries. Get your vouchers here.
