What does Parkn'Sleep cost for hosts?

Signing up, your listing and the signs are free of charge. There are no fixed costs, annual fees or membership fees.

Service fee

For each overnight stay we charge a service fee of 15%, including payment processing. It is included in the price you set. No fee applies to free pitches.

Campers also pay their own platform fee. It is added on top of your price and doesn't reduce your earnings. The tourist tax is exempt from all fees.

Payout

You can have your earnings paid out manually or automatically every month. Find out how under Payouts.
