How check-in and check-out work

With Parkn'Sleep you only check in once your vehicle is standing on the pitch. By checking in, you accept the rules on site and the terms of use.

Checking in

1. Open the pitch listing in the app or scan the QR code on the Check-in Point.
2. Log in or create an account in a few steps.
3. Choose the number of nights and check the people and vehicle.
4. Slide the check-in slider to the right.

You then see your remaining parking time and the total amount. Your stay also appears under «Stays».

How long can I stay?

The host decides how many nights are possible. The system switches to the next day at 4 a.m.: if you arrive before 4 a.m., your stay is valid until 12 noon the same day. From 4 a.m. onwards, the following night counts automatically.

Availability

The live display shows how many vehicles have already checked in. It is a forecast and not binding. The host makes sure the spots stay free, and signs on site point this out.

If you check in while you are still on your way, neither Parkn'Sleep nor the host accepts any costs or responsibility if the pitch then turns out to be inaccessible or not to your liking.

Checking out

Automatically: you don't need to do anything. Leave the pitch by 12 noon and check-out happens by itself.

Leaving early: slide the check-out slider to the right. We fully refund nights you have already paid for but don't use. If you check out before 12 noon, this also applies to the current day.
