Terms of use for the Parkn’Sleep annual pass.
The Camper Card Unlimited is an annual pitch pass. It is offered exclusively in digital form. With the Parkn'Sleep Camper Card Unlimited, registered users can stay overnight on all listed host pitches on parknsleep.app free of charge. The Camper Card Unlimited can be purchased at a price of CHF 449.00 directly on our website or from contractual partners. A minimum age of 18 years is required.
The reduced price applies only to the host's overnight costs. Tourism levies or additional services are not covered by the Camper Card Unlimited.
The personal code can be used on arrival on site during the check-in process. The pitch price is then shown as CHF 0.00. Any tourism levy is charged by the local municipality and remains part of the total price.
In the native app (black icon, app stores), the Camper Card Unlimited can be stored once under > Payment > Credit and vouchers.
Parkn'Sleep pays the host the overnight fee in every case, even if it has been reduced through the use of the annual pass. Booking pitches in advance without being on site yourself is therefore not permitted and counts as a no-show. The number of nights booked must be spent on site, otherwise they also count as a no-show. Repeated no-shows are abusive and may additionally be charged to the card holder.
The maximum length of stay on a pitch is 3 nights, unless the host stipulates a shorter maximum stay. The Camper Card Unlimited may be used for a maximum of 7 nights per year with the same host. Parkn'Sleep reserves the right to block the annual pass until further notice without prior consultation. In the event of a repeat, the contract may be terminated with immediate effect without prior consultation and any costs incurred may be claimed.
The Camper Card Unlimited is personal and not transferable to other persons or accounts. As soon as the code is used for the first time, it is linked to the user. If the code is used by another user account, it automatically becomes invalid.
All types of no-show are also abusive, i.e. booking in advance or leaving early without checking out on the day of departure.
It is also abusive if a booking is made for the purpose of enrichment, for example if camper and host collude for this purpose or if camper and host are the same person. Any act that results in financial or material damage to parknsleep AG or its users is likewise abusive.
In the event of misuse, the contract may be terminated with immediate effect without prior consultation and any costs incurred may be claimed.
The Camper Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We offer a limited number of Camper Cards per year with the aim of giving our users access to pitches throughout Europe at a flat rate. The Camper Card is not intended for long-term campers and the "fair use principle" applies. We reserve the right to terminate the subscription contracts of "heavy users" after consultation.
