Here you will find the most important questions about the Camper Card Unlimited:
Where can I use the Camper Card Unlimited?
AnswerThe Camper Card Unlimited can be used on every Parkn'Sleep pitch.
Can I really stay on every pitch without limits all year round?
AnswerYes, you can stay overnight on every pitch without limits all year round. The fair use principle applies, however.
What do I need to keep in mind when using it?
AnswerParkn'Sleep is a digital on-site payment system and works without advance booking. The Camper Card Unlimited can therefore only be used on site when you check in at the pitch. Enter your personal code and the price drops to 0 (excluding tourist taxes). Booking pitches in advance without being on site yourself is not permitted.
Can I transfer my Camper Card Unlimited to someone else?
AnswerNo, the Camper Card Unlimited is personal and non-transferable. As soon as the code is used for the first time, it is linked to that user. If another user enters the code, it automatically becomes invalid. Look after your code and don't share it.
How long is my Camper Card valid?
AnswerThe Camper Card Unlimited is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Am I entitled to a refund?
AnswerNo. In exceptional cases (for example a serious accident or illness immediately after purchase), a refund may be granted.
Are there any restrictions on use?
AnswerThe maximum stay on one pitch is 3 days. The Camper Card Unlimited may be used for a maximum of 7 nights per year with the same host. The reduced price only covers the host's overnight charge. Tourist taxes and additional services are not covered by the Camper Card Unlimited.
What is the “fair use principle”?
AnswerOur goal is to make pitches across Europe accessible for an annual fee in the long term. As a start-up, we don't yet have experience with annual fees or flat rates and rely on the offer being used fairly. We reserve the right to cancel individual annual passes and refund them pro rata should the offer be used so excessively that it puts parknsleep AG in financial difficulty.
As a start-up, we don't yet have experience with flat rates, so the fair use principle applies. For now, the pass is therefore only available in limited numbers to keep the financial risk manageable.
