Parcelita paraíso

It is a plot within the urban core of the town of Santovenia de Pisuerga. The plot is walled, which gives some privacy. It has a small toilet with toilet and sink. The space has a living area with a sofa bed, refrigerator and table soccer to play. It also has a cellar of 10m2 and a space with fireplace and sink, kitchen utensils, such as pans, glasses. I offer with the plot a tent (from decathlon fresh black) for 3pax adults. There is space to put two others like this one or a family tent.

Santovenia de Pisuerga is 6km from Valladolid. There are frequent buses. There are routes to go out with the bike from the same town. There are frequent fishermen along the river Pisuerga.

Es una parcela dentro del núcleo urbano del pueblo Santovenia de Pisuerga. La parcela esta tapiada, con lo que da cierta intimidad. Tiene un pequeño aseo con wc y lavabo. El espacio dispone de zona de estar, con un sofá cama, frigorífico y futbolín para jugar. También dispone de bodega de 10m2 y un espacio con chimenea y pila, utensilios de cocina, tipo cazuelas, vasos. Todo se puede utilizar, dejándolo limpio, tal y como se encuentra :)

En la zona exterior encontramos una higuera, parras, un pequeño huerto y un hermoso invernadero con plantas carnívoras. Se puede hacer barbacoa tiene una parrilla. Espacio para poner mesas de camping en el exterior.

Yo ofrezco con la parcela una tienda de campaña (del decathlon fresh black) para 3pax adultas. Hay espacio para poner otras dos como esta o una familiar.

Santovenia de Pisuerga se encuentra a 6km de Valladolid. Hay autobuses con frecuencia. Hay rutas para salir con la bici desde el mismo pueblo. Frecuentan pescadores por el río pisuerga.
