LA NOSTRA STORIA
Una antica fattoria del 1800. Dove tutto ebbe inizio. Il podere è stato ristrutturato inizialmente per essere una location per feste ed eventi, successivamente per essere un birrificio agricolo. Quello che ci ha spinto a compiere questa scelta era la necessità di un prodotto che rappresentasse la genuinità e la specialità del Casentino.
A pochi passi dalla natura pura e cruda, la location si presenta unica nel suo genere, pronta a mostrare il meglio dei prodotti del territorio uniti con la birra. I nostri artigiani danno il massimo di loro stessi per superare loro stessi e ricreare l’antico splendore che il Casentino ha perso poco a poco con il passare degli anni.

OUR HISTORY.
An old farmhouse from the 1800s. Where it all began. The farm was renovated initially to be a location for parties and events, later to be a farm brewery. What drove us to make this choice was the need for a product that represented the authenticity and specialty of Casentino.

Just a few steps away from pure, raw nature, the location presents itself as unique, ready to showcase the best of the area's products combined with beer. Our artisans give their best to outdo themselves and recreate the ancient splendor that Casentino has lost little by little over the years.

UNSERE GESCHICHTE
Ein altes Bauernhaus aus den 1800er Jahren. Wo alles begann. Der Bauernhof wurde zunächst für Feste und Veranstaltungen umgebaut, später dann für eine Hofbrauerei. Ausschlaggebend für diese Entscheidung war das Bedürfnis nach einem Produkt, das die Echtheit und Besonderheit von Casentino repräsentiert.

Nur wenige Schritte von der reinen, unverfälschten Natur entfernt, ist der Ort einzigartig und bereit, das Beste der lokalen Produkte in Kombination mit Bier zu präsentieren. Unsere Handwerker geben ihr Bestes, um sich selbst zu übertreffen und den alten Glanz wiederherzustellen, den das Casentino im Laufe der Jahre nach und nach verloren hat.
